We reserve the right to withdraw from sale or adjust all or any of the prices displayed on this web-site without prior notice.
In cases where several prospective clients are interested in a particular aircraft, a fully refundable €5,000 holding deposit can be placed in order to obtain the "Right to First Refusal". At any time, if the prospective client wishes to back-out of the "Right to First Refusal", then the deposit will be returned in full as quickly as possible. The holding deposit will be held as agreed between Yak-Aviation and the prospective client.
Quotations will be supplied by email and are valid for 28 days from the date sent. They will contain details of what is and what is not included in the sale of items or services. They will contain an anticipated schedule of work, any discounts offered and delivery timescales. They will also include information about any pre-paid VAT or Import Duty on the items being quoted for.
All prices are shown in Euro's and unless specified or agreed otherwise, require an upfront deposit of 25% (or another amount that may be agreed separately).
The overall price of an aircraft or engine may vary from that advertised based upon client requirements and in this case the formal quotation provided by Yak-Aviation will hold.
Aircraft advertised in 'Pre-overhaul' condition will undergo a full overhaul, as per any agreed client specification. Any change to this specification driven by the client at some point during the overhaul may incur additional charges or affect the delivery date. In this case, Yak-Aviation will supply an addendum to the original quotation. If no agreement is established against this addendum, we reserve the right to nullify the revision in order to complete the project as stated in the original quotation.
When part-exchanging units, the client will bear all costs for the transportation of their items to the location specified in the quotation.
It is likely that the location will be to Ukraine or in some circumstance to the United Kingdom.
In all cases, Yak-Aviation will endeavour to provide the lowest possible quotation.
In cases where an exact price is unknown at the time of quotation, it will be excluded from the quotation and the item or service will be detailed and supplied as a pending addendum at the earliest possible time.
Type training costs may vary depending on the price of fuel and oil at the time of quotation.
Any fluctuation of these prices (up or down) will impact the amounts to be paid. The client is advised to keep abreast of changes to fuel and oil prices.
Unless otherwise stated in the original quotation, all aircraft will either have a Certificate of Airworthiness or will be subjected to a formal flight test in order to obtain a new Certificate of Airworthiness.
We will work with client's to ensure that the correct aircraft registration is achieved as part of the sales process.
Unless otherwise stated, deposits are required in advance of any work commencing. Deposits returnable in full if the aircraft, parts or services cannot be completed as expected and agreed.
Clients can choose to back-out up to 2wks after the full deposit is received. If this is the case, the deposit will be refunded less 25%. If the client chooses to back-out between 2 and 6wks, then 50% of the deposit will be withheld. After 6wks, the full deposit becomes non-refundable.
In cases where an engineer or technician is required to fit the goods being quoted for, any anticipated travel costs and reasonable living expenses will be detailed in the original quotation.
In some cases, contact with one of our specialists may be required before a formal quotation is supplied. This is generally to establish specific information and sometimes images to form a sound basis for the quotation.
Overhauls will be carried out by qualified aircraft engineers and technicians.
We do not hire unqualified engineers or employer temporary staff lacking in the appropriate skills.
Usually, but depending on the agreed specification, pre-overhaul aircraft are completed within 6-12 months, in some cases this can be longer depending on the time of the year and the workload. The anticipated completion time is detailed in each quotation.
This information does not form part of any contract, it is supplied for prospective client information only.
In all cases the quoation and terms & conditions of sale prevail and are to be reviewed as a part of every client transaction.
